Positioning, ICP, plan — on data, not on opinion

Marketing plan for 90 or 365 days. ICP on real deals, not on a focus group. Positioning that isn't "different for the sake of different". Free ad account audit in 24 hours as the way in.

Inside — ATLAS · B2B intent signals

STRATEGY 01 WHAT WE DO
6 formats

Work on a narrow question or across the annual cycle

01 · AD AUDIT

24 hours. Free

We break down your ad accounts and analytics. 4-page PDF: where budget leaks, which goals are garbage, what to rewire. The way into the conversation — no commitment.

02 · ICP

From real deals

We break down 100+ won deals from your CRM. Build 3–5 client types with portrait: avg deal size, cycle length, channels, pain, words they use. Not a focus group.

03 · POSITIONING

Not "differentiate for its own sake"

Find what you're actually chosen for — from client voice, not a whiteboard. A formulation that works both in search results and in negotiations.

04 · MARKETING PLAN

90 or 365 days

By AARRR: acquisition / activation / retention / referral / revenue. Mapped to current budget, team, stack. Every item — with a skill and MCP integration to execute it.

05 · GTM

New product launch

Work from "for whom and why" → segments → channels → funnels → metrics → operations. Not "on three social platforms", but "in one channel until signal".

06 · FRACTIONAL CMO

Strategist 20–40 hrs/mo

External head of marketing for companies that don't need full-time. Owner calls, campaign review, hiring vendors, backlog prioritization.

STRATEGY 02 METHODOLOGY
Tools

Proven frameworks. Applied where they fit, not "by the book"

STRATEGY AND ICP

JTBD · Rumelt · Christensen

JTBD as the language for positioning and offer. Rumelt's "kernel of strategy" for diagnosis. Christensen's model for "go deep or go wide" decisions. ICP — from real CRM deals, not from presentation portraits.

COPY AND OFFER

PAS · AIDA · 4U · Cialdini

PAS/AIDA for emails and landing pages. 4U for headlines + early price as Urgent. Cialdini — quietly, not "AI-ish": authority, social proof, scarcity as fact, not as trick.

SALES

MEDDIC · SPIN · Challenger

MEDDIC/MEDDPICC on paid deals — Process, Champion, Economics. SPIN for moving from fact to pain. Challenger — teach the client via benchmark, not price. Sales Velocity — the metric above all.

MANAGEMENT

OKR · AARRR · RFM

OKR for quarterly goals (with honest "achievement" scoring). AARRR for the marketing plan. RFM for base segmentation into reactivation (the most under-used channel in B2B).

STRATEGY 05 RULES
Rule 01

Nothing decided on "I feel like". All conclusions from CRM data, ad accounts, client interviews. "I feel" is one column, "data shows" is another.

Rule 02

No "for 5 years", "effective", "unique approach". We write "in 4 weeks", "we bring CTR to X", "we run exactly 3 hypotheses per week". Plain English, facts.

Rule 03

No brand build from zero if the client already has recognition. We work with what's there. Rebranding — only if the current one actively blocks sales.

Rule 04

A 365-day plan doesn't mean "locked for a year". Every quarter — reassembly on new data. Plan is a hypothesis, not a commandment.

Let's start with the audit or Discovery

Ad audit — 24 hours, free. Strategy Discovery — 5 days, fixed. Then — based on results.
